A Rant on the Absence of DnD.
I was supposed to have a DnD session last night (typical for Monday evenings) but one of our people had to work so we weren't able to Game. It all works out for the better, though, seeing as I still have to update my character sheet to add a level of Warlock to my Beguiler. Can't wait to get to Eldritch Theurge; walk on ceilings, be completely invisible and go where ever I want, and my favorite bit: channel spells through Eldritch Blasts!
Ahem. Now that this girl has gotten her inner-geek out of the way..
Haven't made any progress on my project idea (or with anything else I should be doing, really) but I have found another person interested in helping out. The great part is that he has a brother who runs an independent sound / voice-over studio, so our plans for a bi-annual part of the project just became a hell of a lot easier! Can't wait for this college semester to be over, so I can get the hands-on work started.
On last note in the geek-dom: A singer named Stephen Lynch has a song about DnD entitled (quite originally) "D&D." All the gamers out there should check that one out and in the meanwhile I'll try to find the other DnD song I have hiding around here somewhere.
