And one more thing....
The fact that my inlaws paid for my SIL to take Kindergoth to Disney Land has been eating at me non-stop. I didn't realize how much until I lost myself in cleaning mode, thinking about nothing but that. Then, last night, I had a dream where I took her to Hawaii because she loves the beach and I wanted to take her to the best beaches I could to play in the surf. For some reason or another, my presence was not allowed. Luckily I woke up just as I was about to receive punishment for taking my daughter to a beach that apparently was closed off to the general public.
This prompted me to do a bit of research (cause now I want to take my daughter to Hawaii when I finally get vacation time).
I was VERY pleased when I found I have nothing to worry about.
All beaches in Hawaii are public. A few hotels and land owners try to trick vacationers into believing otherwise, however hotels must provide public beach access through their property.
