Well, my paid account for LJ just expired. I am now reduced to 5 icons. *cry*
I'm not sure right now if I am going to bother paying for another year. Things are just so iffy right now. I'd cancel my paid account with photobucket if I didnt use it for IMVU.
Speaking of which, things are really getting pretty crappy with that company as well. I have lost my ability to get cash for credits because my reseller has been hit with fraud. I have looked into trying to sell to other resellers only to find that most of them have had fraud problems as well and they are not taking any new partners. What does this mean? Well, basically it means that I am no longer making money from the site. None what-so-ever.
*sigh*
So I decided to try and focus on my art again. I was browsing through DA for inspiration and stumbled across a "GOP Underground" group. There was one journal entry basically bashing Obama and in the comments, someone posted that they wanted to see Obama fail "because they don't like him and they want to prove they are right".
Wow. Such a mature, valid, and well thought-out reason... /sarcasm
I have said it before and I will say it again. I find it rather disappointing that there are so many people out there who feel this way. Wanting our President to fail just because they don't like him. My freakin' God. I wish they would come up with a better reason.
Oh wait... they have...
They don't like his name either.
I think that they are just butt-hurt because Bush sucked as a president and now they want a democrat to suck as much as he did.
Anyway:
I spent the evening with Vampy last night. Puppy, Luna, and Fae were also there. We watched 300 (with the riff track) and.. I just have to say, despite being "pretty", the movie pretty much sucked ass. Even with the riff track. I wasn't impressed and I dont understand what all the hype was about. Also watch Dark Knight. Also was not really impressed.
Ecamer and I are going to watch Repo: the Genetic Opera tonight. I really hope it's better. (Though I have my doubts as Paris Hilton is in it.)

And now I am going to make a 3rd attempt to clean Kindergoth's room. Never-ending battle, I swear.
