Ok, here are my goals for 2009. Honestly, what I really want over all for this year is to feel like I'm moving forward in the "right" direction with my life. So, these seem to be good ways to help accomplish that, but if I fall short and am still on a good path, so be it. :-)
- Health
- General: Lose up to 50 pounds and feel physically fit.
- Food - Use Sparkpeople diet or just continue to eat healthfully
- Exercise - Do aerobics an average of 4 days a week, yoga an average of 2 days a week and pilates an average of 1 day a week. By the end of the year be able to jog at "4"on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Though feeling “fit” and healthy also counts as a win.
