Lesbian Pulp Fiction [soooo good.]
Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg
Door to December by Dean Koontz
and a few books by Jennifer Weiner, Anna Maxted and Charles DeLint.. i recommend anything by the three of them.

oh, also have you read Alison Smith's memoir Name All the Animals? it's.. beautiful and heart wrenching and lovely and hopeful.
