Update: NoVA PPD

This isn't a full review, because I had to leave at 1pm for my afternoon obligation, but I just wanted to weigh in a little on yesterday's second-annual Pagan Pride Day. It was held at Lee District Park in Alexandria and was lovely. The weather was magnificent (See? The Universe DOES like NoVA best!!! LOL) and it was so terrific to reconnect with good friends like ninthraven , an_caomhnoir , killina,  quedishtu, viv_colquhoun, and e_eldritch  whom I don't get to see very often. Huge thanks and major kudos to the goddess-like irenejericho and cassyndrome for helping friends out of a near disaster situation. We didn't realize until the day of the event that there were problems with the OHF sound system. I made a call to Irene to beg for the use of their amp and the problem was solved. How much gear did we need? Do you need cables? We'll send a gear vehicle down first to get it there quicker.  She couldn't help us enough. So many thanks to you! I'm sorry I missed your show and I know we don't see each other very often, but I think you are a shining example of what I love most about the local pagan community, and consider you to be a very good friend. Many blessing on you, Jay, the band, and your musical career!
