Life is good!

Wow, it's been a long day! It started off very well, because my dad was staying at home for a dentist's appointment so I didn't have to take the bus to school and thus got to sleep in an extra 45 minutes. I got to school for English class (the one with the cute guy in it) and it was Grammar Day, so not much was done, really. Chem was interesting mainly because Jordan accompanied me to it and I made some comment about this girl in the front row's annoying laugh and he giggled uncontrollably for the next 25 minutes. Giggled uncontrollably is actually an understatement, considering he actually nearly died laughing... Then I checked my Chem lab over lunch and handed it in, and Organic Chem was fun and not confusing. Hooray for school!

I now volunteer at my local HIV clinic! So I spent the rest of the afternoon packing safe sex kits - consisting of a condom and some lube and an instructions sheet. The lady at the reception could not get over my red hair, and I got a gatorade! She was offering them to everyone, but still, she brought me one! When I got home I took a run on the treadmill to Wembley and when I came upstairs I was greeted by a pack of Girl Guides! They were selling those delicious mint cookies that Agatha and I adore... So we bought 5 boxes (!!!) .

Oilers are playing as we speak!! And better yet, we're leading Phoenix 3-2. I think it was Stoll, Torres and Horcky! Wooo!

ANYWAYS, my weekend was actually worth posting about! Friday, Erin and I went to the ballet! Erin had connections and got us part of this Attitude program, who are focused on raising cultural awareness in young people. They book off the second balcony and give out tickets for free, including a wine and cheese and a talk session with the ballet producers. We got there extra early and got our supposed "second balcony" tickets, only to find out closer to the show's start that they were actually main floor seating!! So we watched the first half of the show from the back of the main floor and during intermission, ran into Lauren (bradisnthot)! She told us about the 4 free seats in the front row, so we hovered by the orchestra pit and as soon as the lights went dim, snatched the gold seats! The ballet was amazing, and from up close we could see all the muscles, and sweat and all that good stuff. Guess how much we paid for all this? 1 $ for coat check!

I've got to go study for my Bio midterm Thursday, but I leave you with a sick amount of memes. Happy Monday!!

Your Ideal Relationship is Polyamory

You want to have your cake... and everyone else's.
Which isn't a bad thing, if everyone else gets to eat too!
You're too much of a free spirit to be tied down by a traditional relationship.
You think relationships should be open and free, with few restrictions.

What's Your Ideal Relationship?
So I guess we've established I'm a bit of a player.

You Are a Glam Rocker!

You put the "show" in rock show with your larger than life self.
No doubt, you are all about making good music...
But what really gets you going is having an over the top show.
Glitter, costumes, and wild hair are your thing - with some rock thrown in!
