So Juliet asked for it. The new hair is under the cut. Now please understand that I was wearing a headband today, and got rather sick of how it looked just perched at the middle of my head. Yes, I was bored. GUESS WHO!

Thanks :) I made it several months ago because I was upset that people make mean comments about how Robert looks now, not accepting that he's almost 60... he isn't going to look like himself in the Zep days *forever*. So I thought I would make an icon to show my love :) I saw him back in June and he's still the sex if you ask me :)

I hope that didn't make it sound like I personally met him. lol Unfortunately I didn't. I meant I saw him in concert last June. June 23rd at the Arthur Lee Benefit concert in New York City. I was pretty close :) He performed for about an hour. And when he came out on stage he started in first with In The Evening. And I knew it was none other but the Golden God standing not that far from me! He came out on stage and he still had *it*. His voice was beautiful and very impressive, his energy on stage was amazing. We got some normal Robert on stage ramblings :) I took two rolls of film and have some decent pics (yay for zoom on cameras) and I have the pics in a photo album :) It was a dream come true seeing him in concert, and being not that far from him. I really hope I get to see him some day again.

Wow! That sounds like such a dream come true! Amazing!
I would love to see Bobert, unfortunately he and Jimby didn't stop anywhere near to me. Unless they did and I wasn't aware of it! Garghh..
That is such an incredible experience!! I can only imagine..

I really was! I've been to some great concerts... and seen some really amazing singers... Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Paul Rodgers with Queen, The Black Crowes...

But this by far was the most amazing... if not one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I really wanted to see Robert and figured I would never see him. So it was a dream come true. I know people that have seen him a bazillion times, but like I said... I never thought I would... so I feel really blessed I had the oppurtunity. If you ever have the chance to see him... I highly recommend it! :)

When I saw Robert I went away from it feeling the way I did when I saw Queen with Paul Rodgers... like I really knew first hand why they were ledgends in rock.

Ok I'll stop going on and on :) It's good to remind myself of the experience because even within a few months the details have become more fuzzy, and I never want to forget it.
