breath in breath out..........
We had Marna's 'Sweet 16' party on Saturday... I thought it turned out really nice. We had a ton of people (maybe 75 or more) went through a ton of food, 5 cases of beer, 6 gallons of Sangria and about 100 jello shots. Someone fell into my mums, a guy dislocated his shoulder on the inflatable Jousting extravaganza and Marna was a gracious birthday girl.
I also learned a few things. First and foremost... if you want something finished in the yard or house.... have a party. I seriously LOVE tents and canopies and I LOVE my yard. I don't like Sour Apple vodka but the raspberry is delicious and Mary Beth's Rum Punch with pink lemonade is wicked good.
My sister took a ton of pictures, I hope to have some online soon.
This week I'm laying low... I need to recuperate (not from the Jello shots.... really). It seems like I've been going since the end of June, between getting ready for Maine, the family camping trip, Marching band and Marna's party.... I'm tapped out. I'll be getting the girls ready for band camp as they leave Sunday morning.
I think Salem and I will be going to see Stardust at some point... I can't decide if I should read the book again or just go.... I tried to start reading it two weeks ago but life got in the way. I have three fiber projects started that need to be finished.
