Spell #17

Alas, I have ran out of books to read.

I have read quite a few, Crime and Punishment was my favorite so far. Though Les Misérables was quite impressive as well.

That in mind, offer me a book to read. A book that meant something, not just light reading. I do believe most everyone has a book that left a great impression on them.

books, life lessons

Hello Elphaba.

Yes, the Book of the Moon is in ancient text in my world, it is why this one was created.

ery well, this one is with Haru, Jyabura. Jyabura seems very happy.

Elphaba, whats a drug?

The Book of the Moon is what humans in this one's world call Pagan, or magic. Its about how the gods made the world, created wolves, and how the humans would be there messengers. It also tells how to get to paradise.

A drug? That depends. One can say it is a substance that has an effect on the body. Some are drugs are medicine, for example.

Some sort of a bible for those who humans who believe the legend?

Are drugs bad? Jyabura says they are, but he looks happy. This one has never seen him like this before...

Can this take drugs?

Yes, it use to be in the past, in the present no many people believe it is anymore.

I think Jyabura is referring to the drugs some humans take just for entertainment. They make one happier, or at the very least make him hallucinate so he escapes the reality for a few hours. Those are highly dangerous, miss Cheza.

Yet here you are in front of me, and so are the wolves, so the legend is correct.

They sound strange. So far they seem to just make him speak funny and yell all the time.

If they are dangerous, should this one stop him?

Yes, it is.

I think he is just intoxicated. When my mother took them she went silent for hours, not loud.

Either way, perhaps Fujiko or Tsume should be dealing with this, rather than yourself.

Then by all means I will refrain from calling it a legend, seeing it is true.
