Nebulas and a French Review

Congrats to everyone on this year's Nebula ballot! In particular, good luck to K.D. Wentworth and Kij Johnson!

aliettedb was kind enough to provide an accurate translation of a French review for Beneath Ceaseless Skies #11:

Two stories on the menu of this ezine which, you have to admit, keeps getting better with age. And here we have two stories of exceptional quality:

"Silk and Shadow" by Tony Pi which narrates the fight of a young prince against a witch who wants to snatch his soul. "Preservation" by Jonathan Woods tells the adventures of a taxidermist who, affected by the death of his mother, is going to commit an irreparrable act. We're very close to China Mieville's universe in this resolutely New Weird text (please note that this subgenre is widely represented in BCS, since we've already had the stories of Yoon Ha Lee, Michael J Deluca or Matthew David Surridge which represented this type of fantasy).

Thanks, Aliette.

2 more stories of mine are coming out very soon. With Ages of Wonder in some stores already, and Orson Scott Card's Intergalactic Medicine Show #11 due early next week, I'm in a very good mood. :)
