also, my rent goes up $200 dollars at the beginning of january, if tom moves out. i'll have the warmest room in the house. and the bathroom will be cleaner. it's worth it. mom needs the money. oil prices are outrageous this year. it used to cost $150 to fill our tank. now it's $400.
so i think i can make it paying her $300/mo in january.
