Vid Rec: NCIS - Be Somebody
Have you ever watched a video that is just *so* original, so different, that you actually can feel yourself waking up to pay attention to it? One that stands out so completely that you're left breathless?

I am not a huge follower of NCIS, I'll admit, but there is just something about this video that made me want to take a second, deeper look (and um, download everything in sight, as per my usual method of inhaling the source/text whatever). The style is very light, like a dancer just toe-ing over the surface of a stage, fingertips skimming water, mixing up and re-mixing the source until the context changes and morphs and we see what the source hints at in this one, beautiful, messy package. Oh, Tony. You just want to connect. But you can't.
Seriously. Watch this vid. It gives you a jolt. Makes you want to step outside the box a little more often.

Oh, and um, my internet is fine, but I'm having to use the sister's laptop until I find a solution to my adapter problem. AGAIN. *shakes fist at Toshiba* Hopefully tonight. And then I'll answer e-mails and stuff, and hopefully get back to video editing, because while my sister doesn't mind me using her laptop to download episodes and surf the web, I'm pretty sure she doesn't want me moving in and settling down for good with my gajillion projects.
