Lisa has made the decision to be baptised in the Catholic church. Yesterday while I was visiting, she suddenly called Deacon Rick and asked him to come over. She and D.Rick have been praying together once a week or so for quite a while. He came over and she wanted to tell him she asked my sister and her husband to be her god parents, and they accepted. She then set up a date with him (this Sunday) to actually go into church after mass and have this done. She will be getting baptised, her first communion and anointment all on one day. It is something she is really excited about. It took me by surprise because she never picks up that phone and boom-boom-boom.. she did just what she wanted just like that. I'm proud of her.
Her sister said she has to work, so she probably wont be able to make it.
