states are over. and i am sad. i cant beleive that it was my last slc ever. fbla is one of those things that you can get totally and completely sucked into. but its ok cuz i enjoy it and i have made some really awesome friends in the process. i can honestly say that i am going to miss fbla alot.
but anyways states was awesome. everyone that went is so much fun, i love them all. of course i was so proud of neeta and therese...my 2 state officers who said the absolute nicest things about me in their farewell speech that the audience awwwed and i bawled. neeta and i have decided that we will not be able to function at our dinner from all the crying.
however there is always nationals. and yes my friends i shall be going because, I, Lauren Doran am amazing at life. I placed in everything i competed in. 8th in chapter of the year (aka the scrapbook, but it also means we are one of the top chapters in the state. lakeland what what!!) 4th in multimedia presentation, 4th in basic decision making and FIRST PLACE IN BUSINESS LAW. which takes me to nationals, fun times, and of course louis.
i leave for italy in a day. and when i get back its my birthday.
i could not be happier right now.
