College and shopping
I bought my first pair of spiky toed heels today. I plan on wearing them pretty much all the time. Then, we (karen, cate, and myself) shopped for expensive purses and jewelry, buying neither one of course. And we can't forget the over priced designer coffee drinks.
God, I'm turning into such a woman.
Next time, it's the Victoria's Secret dream angels "divine" perfume. I looove it. They denied me a credit card again. I want to be in that club!
I'm glad I spent some money tonight. Again, whoever says money can't buy happiness or at least temporary peace of mind, is full of it. I've totally been prancing around the house in my new heels for the past half hour with a stupid grin on my face. And partly because I saw Shanon (after some convincing from Sam) and she hugged me for a really long time. I also painted my finger and toe nails a really pretty blue color. Like anyone cares =]
And now, I have a really busy week. It starts with another 3 day weekend, and then another day off in the middle. 4 work days! One must be a beach day. And, I need to spend as much time with the girls as possible before they take off to college. Hopefully, I'll be with Karen in the spring, but Cate'll still be at Assumption. Which reminds me, if anyone is interested in looking over my essay for me, I'd appreciate the advice. I'm pretty good at writing essays, but I want it to be as perfect as possible.
