Submitting, voting, and each time you post banners/icons for either manga_colors or cb_overflow each count as individual contributions. Winning placements and community activity (exchanges at card shop/certs/card exchange/sign-ups/events/leveling), don't count towards contributions, but need to be logged for verification of where cards came from. Take a look at other player's or mod's logs if you need help with formatting/making sense of it. ^_~

So should I have together Activity log and Contribution log?

Because in contribution I write stuff I contributed and in activity I just write what I got from the contributions... is it confusing?

Activity = cards I get
Contribution = contributions
Trading = tradings

Most put activities/contributions in one log. The few that do divide them typically do it as things that count for contributions (submitting/voting) in one the "contribution" log and anything else (comm activity that doesn't count mostly) in the "activity log." You appear to have a mix of them here, which could either be organization or doubling records you don't need to do.
