Frankly, while the idea of Harry and Marcone adjusting to the place (and the place adjusting to them) has a fairly epic effect on my imagination, it's Ivy that I really want to explore there. *grin* One of these days, I'll have to; I've got a lot of other fic to write first, though.

Eeee! This is so very cool, and you continue to do an awesome job with Harry's voice. I hope you do more with this 'verse. :D

It'll go on my list of 'verses to pick at when I have time, definitely. =) Glad you enjoyed it!

Harry's such a fun character; book 'verses are usually a chore (though often an enjoyable one) for me to write in, but there's so much canon straight from his POV, he's easy for me to pick up on. Ivy will be harder to tackle, in the inevitable sequel: we don't have much of her to work with.

That's kind of what I was going for with the Nevernever bit? Kind of a generic "this place connects all places of the Ancients" vibe (implying that once upon a very long time ago Demonreach was an outpost of theirs).

I do plan for more snippets eventually. Which of the three do you think would drive John, Rodney & co. most insane? =)
