well, i have decided what to cut from my eating habits:
*all salt
*all butter
*most sugars
*all junk food- even though popcorn is good for you, it's still a junk food
*most breads
and, i will take Becky's advice to eat low-carb foods. :)
i weighed myself this morning, right after i got up and i weighed 145. yesterday i got a late start weighing myself. but remind me not to weigh myself so much. i should just weigh myself at the first and last of every month. that way i don't go insane. and, i'm starting to do crunches and pulses everyday. :)
