My mom needs to learn to wrap Christmas presents BEFORE I come to visit. She sent me into the pilot house on the boat (the place where the steering wheel is on a big ol' tug boat) to answer a phone call, and I saw a number of Christmas presents that I know are for me, including the new pink flower Corelle that I love. Awwww, yay! She did give me one gift early though. Over the summer at a shoe store near the boat I found these adorable bright turquoise Chucks with painted flowers on the heel, but I didn't get them because they didn't have my size. Well, my mom went back the next day and was able to get them in my size! And since I can wear Chucks to work and it's getting cold outside, I got'em early! Yay! I'm definitely posting a picture in a few. I also got a book on how to be a good manager and an adorable Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer tree ornament. Now if only I could find ornament hooks and my camera....
