There are four classifications-- canon, known names, unknown names, and gone, in that order. It's not in alphabetical order because I'm too lazy 8(
This will definitely be updated at a snail's pace, because "Kamui" hardly has an opinion of everyone he meets and speaks to. A new person will be added once they've made an impact on him, but people who are already on the list will be edited only if something major happens. But get ready to wait a looooong time before your character gets something other than black or white, because it's not easy to earn his trust/hate/etc :|;; Also, you can be a friend, but that doesn't mean you'll be privy to all of his secrets. That's why there are two separate icons for "friend" and "trust". Alternatively, you may know his secrets, but that doesn't mean you're friends. Not just yet anyway.
Those whom he hasn't spoken to in a long while will be cleared out, because he's lost interest and likely wont be talking to them anymore unless something new comes up.
It's not because he's an introvert/anti-social/generally distrusting, but because he's just not an easy person to make an impression on. Some people manage to do it on the first meeting, but there are also those that need time before he can think of something about them.
