Drunk!pool is the only kind of pool. I might be speaking from personal experience there.

I can totally see a sequel to Vala's religious moment in which the team goes off-world, are invited to some evening entertainment, and Vala is the first one to go "Waitaminute, I *know* that voice..."

Fun! You really captured the roadtrip experience! I've been on roadtrips in the same area, so I was picturing their journey clearly. It's time for a trip - way past time. Sigh...
I'm not sure it was a good idea to teach Vala to drive - now she can steal vehicles and leave the mountain whenever she wants. Brrrr.
I'm assuming that 'Radar Love' was on that mix. It's the road song!

Vala will only use her new-found driving skills for good. Um. yeah.

Sam's road mix was EPIC. She spent a couple weeks hunting down everything she wanted on it.

Ha! I'm not sure watching DW would help, in my case at least, since it seems like practically all the fic I write for that one involves the books. But it does all provide an enjoyable way to pass some free time. :)

Yay for Sam and Vala bonding on a roadtrip! Love the mix cds, and Vala belting out "Teen Spirit", and trying to convince Sam they should be space pirates (yes please!).
