Oh, good. Well, not good, but this was actually the hardest one to write because I really, really couldn't think of what--after everything--would make Fitz walk away. So the poor sap didn't, in the end.
I wasn't specifically coming from a Time War perspective (cannot reconcile book and TV canon! *brain melts), but I knew that the Doctor was trying to get rid of Fitz any way he could to protect him.
If I had the sustained energy, I'd totally make that into a more complete story. The more I think about it, the more interesting it is, especially bringing Nine into the mix. (For a while I was thinking the Doctor's regeneration would be the big trigger for Fitz's departure.)
ah, #3 is wonderful. love the hair product. and fitz's #5, oh fitz. nicely done.
and i adore your five things for jack and daniel. #1 is a great image. they deserve some days like that. :) jack flailing is *perfect*. as is teal'c's distraction. and of course #5 is just right. especially jack kind of liking daniel liking it. *bg*
and yay for your cat embracing the computer. looks like there's something *very* interesting on the screen that's being read. hee!
Oh, Honey watches telly as well. But it's easier for her to climb all over the computer setup--and my mother--which is why I am deathly scared that she will somehow contrive to destroy the computer and electrocute herself in the process.
And if any cat could do it, Honey would be the one.
Oh, #2 is so tantalizing. I like that Bobby gets his bit of mystery. And the hair products bribe. It's a good thing the bad guys don't know about that one :)
Heee that would be a good prompt too: 5 Things it's good the bad guys don't know. :)
And Jack and Daniel in the elevator in DC! Now, there would be one day being the night watchman in the security room would actually be worth it. :)

I was going to try to *avoid* the sex, but then I thought, "Oh, screw it, might as well." I am predictable. Sigh.
(Personally, I think the cat looks like she's trying to win against the computer in a staring match. Silly kitten.)

scarlet used to watch tv in the same way sometimes. especially the nature shows....she'd be utterly mesmerized.
