I have, in the past few days, added some awesome new queer people to my flist. It makes me very very happy, so I'd like to continue this trend with a big queer friending meme. Age: 20. 21 on September 18th.
Pick a pronoun: He
What's your brand of queer?: I'm genderqueer and just generally queer. Which is to say.... My gender changes. I identify as either male, or female, or neither, or both, depending on... something? I use male pronouns for simplicity, but if you want to know my gender at a given moment, you'd have to ask, and there's a good chance my answer will be "I really don't know right now." As for attractions, I'm attracted to people who are attractive. I can't get any more specific than that. Generally speaking, I'm attracted to cute, funny people who are dorky and adorable.
Location: Indiana until August 16th, then I go back to Alberta, Canada for another eight months, and then HOPEFULLY I move back to the States. I really, really want to live in Chicago one day.
About you: I'm generally a pretty laid-back person, but I can be uptight and kind of an asshole at times. I'm also pretty straightforward and honest? Heh. Other than that, I'm attempting (and currently failing. miserably ( ... )

-- I'm so glad you linked this, because just yesterday I was thinking about all the fabulous queer people on my flist and how I was hoping everyone knows each other! (You were one of those people, in case you were wondering!)

Ahahaha, I just went down and read your post about was like I WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH THIS PERSON, and then realized that you had already commented here. So YES. B MY FRIEND.

I always raid my library for queer lit. Have you read GENDERqUEER? that's another good one.

I haven't read the whole thing, it was the middle of finals, but it had some really interesting essays and it made me happy.

HI!! I also really really want to live in chicago one day, i've been there 3 times already this year and if my job wasn't here i'd probably be there. So we should be friends, based on the fact that you seem awesome and i am not too lame... i guess. :)

oh and seeing Gerard do his thing in chicago was definately one of the highlights to my year.

No..I don't have that one! I'll have to get it. I love vegan cupcakes take over the world though. Possibly my fave cookbook.

HI DEAN. A++ for veggie postive, vegan cookie making, zine creating tendencies. Also I have been wanting to read that book FOREVER (why must I be so chronically broke?).
