Sick Mom
I ended up gathering up some clothes and running into Pennsylvania yesterday evening. My sister called to tell me that my Mom was in the hospital. It sounded bad and I was worried (she got an incredibly painful headache that didn't go away; the ER sent her to Critical Care). They ran an MRI and a CAT scan, but didn't find anything wrong. Mom said the headache had eased up, but hasn't gone away completely; they discharged her this afternoon.
I'm spending tonight in Pennsylvania and driving back in the morning. I was just too exhausted to spend 4 hours on the road. I'm having trouble even stringing these words together. Hopefully I'll feel better after a good night's sleep. Looking forward to seeing my husband and pup tomorrow.
