B-b-b-irthday!
I had a good birthday. The day started out frustrating because more than half of my friends canceled on me. Those people who i've been friends with at least five years or so. But two friends stuck by me when it counted.
I had an awesome conversation over delicious duk mandu guk (korean soup). And then spent the second part of the day exploring a town i'm moving to. My friend showed me parts of it i haven't seen before. And she baked me a tasty chocolate/oreo ice cream cake. I was quite impressed and flattered.
And to top it off I came home to see the delightful Katie Skelly drew me and awesome picture. She makes a bad-ass mini-comic called Nurse Nurse.
Since i graduated i've been thinking about the importance of quality friends, what I do in my spare time, and how hard I work while i'm working. It's easy to cut out things like television when I have a goal in front of me. Let's achieve things together!
