Ok, Winter Thing has a history (and by history I mean the one year we've previously attended, now two in lieu of last weekend) of being amazingly fun. Even more so now that I've learned how to play Rock, Papper, Scissors in Japanese (missionaries are amazing) and have crashed head-first into the inflatable bumper wall on the tubing tracks at White Tail. And had a shoe'd foot bounce into my head near the end of the trail.
But the only bad thing I've found at Winter Thing is the decided lack of sleep we all come home with. Last year we got about two hours; this year we had time for three. Maybe even four-nearly-five. But what they didn't warn us about this year was that most of the girls in the girls' side had sinus issues. Now, I'm not entirely mad at them, because I know it's not something that can really be helped, but everyone was snoring. And Becca, Courtney, and I got about an hour of sleep - if that - because we couldn't fall asleep with the noise. And I think someone(s) was (were) snoring because of a chest cold, 'cause I never snore 'n now I've got this freakish thing that feels like strep but I don't think is that's making me snore (sort of). 'N I'm not very happy. Dx Mainly because of how hard it is to breath/how much my chest hurts/how stuffy my head feels. Not happy at all.
That aside...I want a Tiddy Bear. NO. I want to write Whofic with the Doc putting seatbelts on the jump seat for Donna 'n putting a Tiddy Bear on the seatbelts. AND AKU YOU SO NEED TO WRITE THE FIC WITH WILSON GETTING A HAWAII CHAIR AND DELIVERING DIAGNOSES IN IT.
Or I should. Or I should stop watching Ellen. But dang nabit if that woman doesn't leave me in stitches...
