Need a little bit of help...

Nov 12, 2017 19:42

So between getting only a little bit from unemployment and then the weeks between waiting for a pay check and the unemployment stopping plus a few long drives and again pet supplies and needing to put minutes on my phone, I've fallen behind a bit on the rent and on my student loan (which I can't do much about because my grandma in S.C. who is developing alzheimer's is my cosigner). I'm starting up another cookie drive, but this one will be long term given that I need to raise $850 and I'm not in danger of being evicted, yet, and until my schedule evens out for work, I don't know how long it's going to take me to be on even keel. (And I am looking for other work. I don't know that this is a sustainable job for me.)

For those of you who are waiting for cookies from the last drive, you'll be first served as it were and those will go out end of November/beginning of December.

So to sum up:

-$5 for 6 from scratch chocolate chip cookies, sent first class through the USPS. I bake and freeze, no thawing so they arrive to you pretty fresh.
-I am not serve safe certified. When baking, I will make sure my hair is braided back and my hands and clothes are clean, but I have two pets and my hair is long. Things happen.
-Shipping: items will start shipping at the beginning of January when hopefully my budget balances out and it will happen on a schedule (first donate gets their items shipped out first) so you may end up waiting until February for an item.
-If you would like cookies as a gift, let me know so we can work something out. This option means a few extra $ from you to cover the shipping.
-I cannot do international shipping. If you live outside the US and would like to participate, I only ask for an extra $3 to cover the shipping.
-I do have a paypal address if you would like no cookies, but want to help out in another amount (or if you want more than 3 cookie shipments) tomeckoam@yahoo.com

Ask if you have any questions please. And thank you for any help. And I'm sorry to ask again. (And if anyone could help spread the word I'd be appreciative.)
