It would be more apt to state that something has changed.

[Vincent talks low and very fast, like he does when being Exposition Guy.]

The ship is still moving, such as it does, and the majority of us appear to be in one piece. Just because it's different doesn't make it some grave error. Something has changed, that I won't deny, but whether or not it's a negative change remains to be seen. It wouldn't seem that anyone took the voices up on their offer, or else I don't think we would still be here.

You're jumping the gun.

I assume it's similar to the mirrors during the trouble with Jennifer. They wanted people to forsake the Captain; in this case I'm assuming it was something along the same lines, albeit more desperate.

The point stands. Change.

If you wish.

[Oogway is a being of great patience. He avoids conflict- and he knows many things Vincent does not]

Be careful in you judgement, dat you do not decide the fate of others as well. It is an easy path, but dangerous.

My judgments are my own. You would do well to remember the same, rather than throwing words around in such a way as to cause a panic.

[Vincent does like Oogway, make no mistake. He's just trying to make a point and is pretty sure it's flying right over the old turtle's head.]

I still think your assessment of the situation is incorrect. But seeing as you don't appear to have any intention of agreeing with that as a possibility, at the very least you need to be reminded that words have power, negative ones moreso.

The people on this ship aren't generally sharp enough to see through the words themselves to the probable wisdom underneath. In the future, try to be more careful with how you say something than with what you're saying.

[He doesn't sound upset or anything, just calm and collected. It's a statement of fact and a piece of advice that isn't meant to sound cold or condescending at all. However, Vincent has never been particularly good at this.]

[He just...laughs! So much laughing! You're hilarious Vincent.

You're lecturing Oogway on prudence.]
