When someone is asked if they were stranded on a deserted island, what one item would they want... why doesn't anyone ever choose 'a boat'?

I heard someone use that answer once, actually.
He got yelled at for not playing along.

Though possibly they just want a vacation.

Many find outrage in one who breaks the rules they themselves are constrained by. Or, perhaps, they are merely distressed at having been shown that they are not constrained, after all!

Oh, only if you feel you have gained shomething of use to you. This kind of lesson is one that depends more on the student to define it's form than any teacher.
