The second most stupid thing I've done
They're nearly done filming Robinson Crusoe here in sunny York. The film company hired rooms in our West Offices for auditions and costume, and while casting for extras they asked me to extra for the show. Short of long-haired men who look like they're from the 18th century apparently. Unfortunately it was 10:30 in the morning when they asked me when I'm not too compos mentis. I only turned them down, like a burke!
