Last night I saw the Pixies in NYC with Abe, Andrew, Ryan and DAVID BYRNE! It was awesome. The Pixies started all sloppy and then Frank stormed off stage after the second song...I thought they were going to break-up right there in front of us, but they didn't. After about 10 mins. they came back out and Frank was still pissed but channelled it into screaming a lot. But, man, fucking David Byrne was there...about 50 feet away from us. He gave the Pixies a standing ovation and was drumming along to the songs on his knees. It was awesome. After the show we went to an all night diner.
