I took the former phleb Derek's job while he moved on to MA for a doc. He hates it and i feel bad for him. But i'm praying so hard he doesn't ask for his job back and they make me switch to MA. I like my job. Besides the difficult sticks, it's very relaxing. There is no greater satisfaction than a perfect stick where the needle feels like it simply went through air and the blood fills the tube quickly. Ahhhh.
