Need to sleep. Don't wanna sleep. Feels weird when i sleep--mentally not physically. Like something is wrong or unfinished or my life is at stake. I dunno how to explain it.
I've decided i'll call my former boss today and take the job offer. I'll be miserable but DAMN i'm tired of being poor. At least this way i can get my friends and family some much deserved gifts. Will be able to pay for gas on my own without bumming off my mom too. Here's to constantly smelling of yogurt and throwing my brain into neutral to deal with customers again! OH SHI- i'll have to work Black Friday! *sobs*
I took to watching both Champloo on CN and online. Cuz i'm impatient, obviously. I'm greatly amused and the voice acting still amazes me ("Why do you not suck??"). The only gripe i have is the animation jumping around from crappy to decent to beautiful. Kinda like watching one of our early 90's kids' cartoons where we could remark after certain shots, "Ah, i see the animator drew this scene with his left hand in a fit of epilepsy."
But i am loving how i'll be proved wrong when i think i see a love interest story coming along. ex: "Oh great, here we go." *Mugen gets poisoned* "Oh."
"Now this skank is definitely--" *Mugen and Jin get drugged and dumped off* "Oh." *skank turns out to be married with a zillion kids* "OH-Ahahahahahaha." It's nice. I hear it'll end, but it's nice for now.
Finally, i like how the trio's relationship changes in the weeks or months between eps but i don't mind missing HOW cuz it still flows well. I mean, it took me two or three eps after the fact to notice they're not trying to kill each other every chance they get anymore. Actually, it seems Jin and Mugen rarely leave each other now. They caught teh Holland-man's ghey. Ditching Fuu then returning to her at nightfall all "Oh yeah, we found a stable you can sleep in. Yep. All those hours just finding a stable." A woman propositions Mugen and invites him elsewhere with her...and he drags Jin to join them. It came outta left field so fast i had to pause and cackle appropriately.
Okay, i just lost my train of thought and stared at the keyboard for ten minutes. Guess i got high with everyone else in ep9. Ugh.
I'm so nervous about volunteer night. I may puke.
