Sometimes i think my middle name is Random
Cuddles is still "leaking" when she sleeps. If she doesn't stop by Thursday we have to take her back to the vet. No blood anymore tho! Yay! Another dog of mine, Shelly, almost died this weekend. I know, right? What'd i do, lawd? She wouldn't stop throwing up all day (all water) then upgraded to dark brown/black bile and became so lethargic she wouldn't move for anything. We rushed her to an emergency vet where they pumped fluids into her and ran tests. She's home now and mostly back to normal. They couldn't find what made her vomit in the first place. *shrugs* Meanwhile, my credit card is screaming into a pillow.
Spent Sunday with Amy! Was v. happy. A million times better than spending the whole weekend alone twitching from lack of worthy human contact. (Except for my Saturday night chats. *gathers Wika and Bug into giant hug of DOOM*) If only i had actual things to entertain guests with. Oh, and Amy still needs to catch up on Host Club if only to see ep24. Or, hell, go all the way to ep26 so she can be happy with the interpret-mostly-any-way-you-want ending.
We did more fingersticks in Phleb. Did i mention we started that? It's over (for now) in Lab, but Phleb class just started it last Wed. Wow. I'm surrounded by noobs. Was i that bad when i first started? And Lab classmates like me, Jaimon and Wendy can't work on each other. *whimper* Anyway, tonight we used a new collection method where we have to make the blood run down freely into a tube. Um, not good. I got some of my partner's blood into the tube, but most of it decided to run everywhere around her finger. The same happened when she stuck me. My god. Looked like i'd been stirring a cup of blood with my finger. Her gloves looked like she'd killed me. ...A small part of me was like "More blood, more! Poke another finger!" I probably shouldn't voice these thoughts to my classmates. *shifty eyes*
Er, i'll watch Lunar's Host Club sub tomorrow. Thanks to someone in a comm of mine, i now also slash Tamaki and Kyouya's FATHERS. OMGWHY?! It's so wrong yet so right.
