Did my Experiments with Realism exam over and done with yesterday. Rather happy with it. The two questions I did were on topics that I really enjoyed and had good quotes from the novels sorted out. Wrote for the full two hours and I think that I wrote well which is far more important for this sort of exam.
I have my last Pre-GEF exam tomorrow (the main events are pretty much my annual holidays) from 2 pm till about 4:10 pm. Might decide to go out with my coursemates it really depends on what Olly is planning (he is giving me a lift to Don Valley where the exams are). If I find myself back here then my plan is to get my stuff packed to be ready to be back in Scunthorpe Saturday afternoon.
In other news; as a way of saying sorry for messing up the group banner, for destroying my fabric paints and then cutting up the banner and giving it to Lara as a sign for her shop Mij has offered to make a Mortis banner. Hopefully it should be ready for the GEF but if not the M2 will be just as good.
I need to have a chat with a few people about this Grand Project I am planning IC and especially Jo before we start using the banner properly.
I am also thinking of getting together a big research request done for the the end of GEF. I am sure that the Bards owe me a favour or two. Whatever happens I will be chatting to certain people, most of them Viper friends.
Ah, yes. I also seem to have an appointment with Vert. To talk about Justice and his being the Avatar of Justice.
His jedi mind tricks won't work on me and as long as we don't get into any drinking contests it should be simple as talking about ice to an Inuit. Rumour is that some want his head on a stick. Only having met the guy once and that was on the "lets roll the Vipers to find the dead man El Nino" battlefield when I nearly berserked because I thought that he had cut my link to my Ancestor; so my experience of the guy is pretty one sided but he wants to have a debate so who am I to refuse arguing, I mean discussing with the Avatar of Justice.
I have spread the word of this Sheffield pubmeet far and wide so I hope that there will some people appearing. If not I might look a bit silly in front of the barman of the Old Queen's Head. Well not really me, more like Movolio Steve but I will look silly by proxy since he asked me to help out and attend.
Hey, Tam (
meroveus) since you and your wife are now officially LRPers in the eyes of certain folk playing musicians then you should try and appear at this pubmeet on Friday. I'll even buy you a birthday drink. :)
So if any of you guys have no plans for the Friday then please, come to Sheffield. It should be fun.
Back to some last day revision now though. Back to the grind.
