I suppose in her position... it is easy to hear such things and assume the worst. Without having the experience herself, she may feel less willing to believe us.

When she asked me about it, I told her some of what really happened, and about what Mithos wanted to do with Colette. I think she realizes that he wasn't telling her the whole truth.
