Hello, Luceti. It's been quite an eventful few weeks, and a trying time for most of us, but it seems that in our steady return to what passes for normalcy, we also have a return to cycles.
For current residents, and to those new arrivals that have just been placed here, I have recently updated the
Luceti guide, which hopefully will be helpful to you in not only explaining the situation to newcomers, but for those of you who are new to get a better understanding of just what our situation is. Also, don't forget to show them to the Welcome Center, though I can imagine there will need to be an update on the housing that is available.
- Something I've wanted to note is as you all know, recently a lot of people have been sent home, among them the entire group who had moved to building 7. If anyone is still interested in moving there to keep an eye on the younger part of the population, I would ask that you consider it, or direct anyone under the age of 17 who might not already have someone to live with or is capable of looking after themselves to move there on their arrival.
- It's almost time for school to start, but considering the circumstances, we're going to delay the opening for a little while. You'll know when it's time, but hopefully it'll give a chance for new people who might be interested to look into it, as well.
- If anyone is willing to help us look after the Flower shop, it would be appreciated.
That should be all for now, though if anyone has anything else they think should be addressed, you're welcome to bring it up.
Thank you for your time.

[What a perfectly miserable looking day outside. At first steadily overcast, with a touch of wind, eventually leading to rain. And with the heavy rain comes thunder and lightening. A day for staying indoors and trying to focus on indoor projects.
After setting up her message, and perhaps sometime afterward, depending on the response, Raine eventually leaves her room in search of her housemates, and finding something more to do with the day being what it is. Distractions, what else.]
