There is a difference. Those who have died have rather abnormally high body temperatures, while the others do not. While they have not improved, they are at least still able to function. The question is whether or not they will recover completely, or if there is something else in store.
And these different reactions... are they due to the amount of healing they receive, or is there a difference in the illness itself? Anything is possible, regardless of what our findings are. There has to be a more effective way of monitoring the differences.
