According to my observations, there seem to be many things going on at once. Sudden illnesses. Inability to stop speaking. Changes in gender and personality. Animals. Children. Perhaps even something else that I've missed.
All of which are reminiscent of experiments that have been run on the village before. Although, it has never happened quite like this before.
