Yes. They generally last a week, although this recent one was longer than usual, likely due to it's complex nature.

The experiment involved changing ages -- or rather, it seemed that they were able to pull people from either a time before or after their time spent here. The whole thing is more complicated to explain than it's worth.

Basically, some people were turned into children, while others became older.
