Well, you got the America part right. We're stuck in a place called Mayfield, but it's not on any map. We're pretty much stuck here too.

Well, ok, not entirely sure. Never really studied American geography. But even the people here from the US seems to have never heard of it.

It's a large country. They can't have memorized every small suburb.

That doesn't take away from the fact that this place isn't natural. You can't leave the town, you come back to life the next day if you die...you can get brain washed, the scenery changes on a fucking whim

Frustrated doesn't begin to cover it, but close enough. Honestly there's not much more to tell other then stay away from the milk. It's...apparently rather questionable.
