Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? Short and normal build. Merem is a bit under average height for what would be a normal fourteen year old. Plus, Dead Apostles don't get out of shape so he has what would be considered a perfectly fine build.
2. How old is he? Merem is somewhere over 3,000 years old. He has no canon date of birth but considering how the people treated "gods" with reverence in his childhood, he couldn't have existed too far outside of the Age of Gods (about 4000 years ago). Plus, during his childhood, the Crimson Moon was still actively wandering the planet and meddling in society so that also verifies that he's among the oldest of vampires.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? He carries himself proudly. This is pretty much a trait for Dead Apostles since they believe their better than humans so not many at all would slouch in their presence.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? Blah Blah Blah vampire, doesn't get sick, weak to the sun. However, because of his age, the sun only weakens him significantly so it's not a HUGE deal but he would prefer the night.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? See #3
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? He definitely takes good care of himself. If 14 year old boys are your thing, he probably rates a 7/10. He doesn't peer into a mirror and go BOY I'M GONNA GET SUM LADIES TODAY WATCH OUT ARCUEID or anything like that.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? He's light skinned, befitting of one who avoids the sun and spends most of his time indoors doing research. Four major scars ringing his shoulders and where his legs would connect to his waist.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. He has blackish/dark blue hair that extends down to his shoulders. He keeps it styled up so it stays out of his eyes but it still hangs free and isn't tied up.
9. What color are his eyes? Blue but they turn yellow upon usage of "suggestion" and turn red when forced to use his vampirical abilities.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? On the back of his hands and top of his feet, he has a red tattoo in almost a fan pattern.
11. What are his chief tension centers? His fingers since he raps his rings together on a frequent basis.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit? White, gold, and black. He prefers the religious look mostly because it grants him something of a higher status among others upon first impression.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them? They fit loosely and he can move around in them easily.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences? Yes, he does.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando? Boxers. ONLY WISE AND COOL PEOPLE WEAR BOXERS.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse? Typical rich bitch shota voice.
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate? He speaks slowly and clearly. When Merem talks, he wants you to hear and understand what he's saying so he doesn't have to repeat himself.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics? Italian. He's spent a loooong time in the Vatican City so it wouldn't be unlikely that an Italian accent has rubbed off onto him.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency? In his search for more knowledge and relics, Merem has learned most Western languages. He admits that he can't speak Japanese and that probably also applies to other Asian countries.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations? He may switch languages if it is required and the other person knows said language. If not, he would follow the phrase "keep it simple, stupid".
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words? He prefers to think on his words since he wants to keep being WISE AND COOL but he definitely won't keep you waiting because he has to strike a good balance.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change? Very eloquent.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart? Both. He probably has a ragingly high IQ and his knowledge of history, artifacts, and weaponry are above excellent. Not to mention that he knows how to get around on back streets if he has to.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate? He doesn't like to be forced to make split second decisions but he can do them just fine. He'd much prefer to go by a long term plan.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical? Logical and practical. Unfortunately, this is a flaw in vampire thinking process. They can't be idealistic and intuitive because it's simply not possible for their species.
4. What kind of education has the character had? I don't think they offered formal education 3000 years ago. He's self taught.
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about? History and he likes legendary weapons and items.
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert? Typically an introvert mostly because he can't be seen around the Church but he is an extrovert when he gets the chance.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven? WISE AND COOL. He doesn't like to deviate from this at all because it's a reputation he's established and wishes to keep.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic? He's relaxed and observant. Acting surprised is not up his alley.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react? React. Wise people don't act without knowledge.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight? Fight.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks? Some dark humor but he particularly enjoys light teasing and trolling.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them? No.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person? His hatred of humanity stems from having his legs and arms cut off simply for having a special ability. Then said people abusing his special ability for themselves until he died.
14. What does he fear? The Crimson Moon disliking him.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations? TO BE WITH ARCUEID FOREEEEEEEEEEEVER
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him? That he wants TO BE WITH ARCUEID FOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER.
Relationships

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like? NOPE
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand? NOPE
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them? He looks up to the Crimson Moon as a father figure.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet? The Rat King is clearly his best friend. They've been doing shit together for 3,000 years.
6. Does he have other close friends? Not especially but he likes Van-Fem.
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people? He doesn't consider them friends but he makes acquaintances easily.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends? The Crimson Moon.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once? Married....in his mind to Arcueid.
10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse? Nope.
11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest? Arcueid.
12. What does he look for in a romantic partner? You have to be the Crimson Moon.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any? Nope.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies? Altrouge is his greatest enemy. Ciel is his rival.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale? Crimson Moon sexual
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him? Sex ranks fairly low on his scale of importance. Like most, he'd probably see it as pleasurable but he's got no emotional or physical need for it. He might try it ONCE just to see what it's like but beyond that LOL.

Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type? No date of birth sorry.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life? He works for the Catholic Church but he could hardly care about any gods. He's very pragmatic and believes more in his own actions than any destiny.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it? Other than seeming WISE AND COOL, he doesn't really keep himself in any normal alignment. So that means whatever is typically acceptable around humans.
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent? Curious but not interested in partaking in it.
5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them? He dislikes humans but not irrationally. If it was irrational, he wouldn't be working for them.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt? Dead Apostles are stinking rich.
2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him? He has no rela social status but his name is known among the Church as someone unexpectedly powerful for someone who looks so old. (Hint: The Rat King poses as an old man for him)
3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others? He probably has a section of the Church dedicated to himself since he's not allowed to directly interact with anyone.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on? Information on where artifacts are located.
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else? He kills heretics and other Dead Apostles as a side job and generally just drools over historical weapons and such.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time? See above.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? Drinking blood is his eating habits. Otherwise, not much else.
