"You seem to make a habit of helping others face their problems without addressing your own."

Albert has been there for Raine very consistently in Luceti, and for the most part has managed to keep their somewhat complicated relationship on a professional level, which began when they first began to learn more about the world and the shifts plaguing it. Then Raine did something very foolish: she began to develop feelings for Albert. She's not certain when it actually began, though it's existence was made all too clear in an experiment, and it may have even been clear to others before that point. Certainly in considering him a friend, and essential to the village, her worries began to extend to his mental and physical wellbeing, particularly since he seemed to be doing the same for her in turn. She has nursed him to health on several occasions, which has invited a more protective nature toward him--though it's not one he seems to appreciate.

Several conversations would provide setbacks to this, and yet she continued to find herself caring regardless. This would especially increase when her brother was not present. The care filled a void, but Albert was certainly not her brother. He wanted her to improve; break her free of particularly unhealthy habits, such as nearly running herself into the ground with trying to keep herself busy, and maintaining steady mealtimes, so that she could be more functional within her role in the village.
