Why are you downcast, O my soul?
Why so distressed within me?

1. I feel sleepy, which is due to getting not nearly enough sleep last night but is a really nice feeling because it's more relaxed than anything.
2. I had email from Rachel.
3. We have a lava lamp that is really cool.
4. I have a girlfriend who is really, really shiny.
5. My girlfriend gave me a neckrub that felt really, really good.
Three things I did well today:
1. Wrote a check, addressed and stamped envelope, etc., to pay for shipping.
2. Watched most of "A Hole in the World" but decided ten minutes from the end that I Just Couldn't Deal so turned it off.
3. Made packaged pasta mix for dinner.
