[Spoilers for S5 BtVS, various arcs of SG-1 (say, through S8 to be safe) and of course, tonight's House.]
Once upon a time Oma Desala realized that she couldn't do as much good as an ascended being as she could as an overprotective human mother. So after some quick filtering of reality and messing with her monks' heads, she ended up posing as a human mother in charge of the human form of the Key, of whom she was extremely overprotective on account of because her daughter was the Key.
OR SOMETHING.
And then House and Wilson had sex.

ps: whoever's choosing the music for the House/Wilson scenes apparently got the memo that said, "they're totally gay for each other" as opposed to, I don't know, the other memo that's circulating?

The part with the cane MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD. YES.
And the part where there was sad sappy "where's my baby?" music when Wilson couldn't go in the apartment 'cos House was "having sex"? OMG. WTF. SO GAY.
And then Oma let Dawn go back to school, because if you immediately know that the candlelight is fire, the meal was cooked a long time ago.
