*feels terribly confused*

I was all SHOCKED and squeeeing and such at the headers, and now am confused. For I... don't actually see any text. Is this very meta about there being no Sheppard/Weir 'ship? Or was there some sort of html mixup? Or has the fever that's kept me up until 6:30 a.m. seeped into the, like, IMPORTANT parts of my brain?

Well, right now it's just Weir, and she's just thinking. But... still. And I admire you for writing your ficlet a lot, because it's *really hard* to write a pairing you haven't thought a lot about! And it may still sound like Sheppard/Weir with the names changed, dammit. But I'm trying, and it's freaking me out, so I had to report :) And 'tis a LOVELY distraction, yay.

Ahhhh, so funny. :D

It was very hard to get into Elizabeth's head to figure out why the fuck she was doing Sheppard. But since Sheppard went round the deep end in "Eye," I feel slightly more comfortable righting. Insane madly-in-love man? I can write. Cheeky, annoying, self-satisfied jock? I cannot write. This disturbs me a wee tad. But I got them to fuck yay! Although not into bed, for obvious reasons.

Heee. I did kind of suspect while I was reading that you don't much like John ;)

I'm having similar trouble trying to figure out Lizzie's reasons for being with McKay... so the fic is really *my* trying to figure that out (with the provision that, yes, she has to actually STAY with McKay and be all fluffy about it, too!). So... you will have to read it and tell me if it flies, or if it feels like... well, like a Weir/Sheppard 'shipper who sees Elizabeth's character all wrong and doesn't understand how Rodney would be in this relationship! (But I'm trying, so, yay? Right?)

(And Lizzie has insomnia. Yes, FIC IMITATES LIFE, I know I'm a horrible Mary Sue of a person.)
