Fanfic pet peeve of--well, of about forever: Kisses. Are not. Chaste. Closed-mouth kissing is not chaste. Especially if those engaged in the kissing are going to fuck each other in the next paragraph.
Final thought: Whodathunk that Black/Snape, and an endearment (which I shy away from like the plague) could make me go wibble?
WIP Coming Out of the Closet Day"
Watched "Sleeping Beauty," today, tS episode.
Nothing big, just... I liked it. A lot. They're so cute, the crush was adorable, and... I liked it. A lot.
And there were no serious brain-wrecky guest stars. A good episode all round.
I was terrified they were going to do something horrendously squicky with the girl, make her into a BotW, but they didn't, thank God, so she managed to be more interesting than 90% of the female guest stars they have.
I did think that "Menace" was slightly better for making Reese seem the right age... I dunno, she didn't strike me as twelve. But it's hard to remember being twelve.
Her handwriting was too damn perfect, though!
