I've learned that Baroque art has Energy and Movement that we don't see in High Renaissance art.
I've learned that after watching Stargate, a show on which my favorite character is an anthropologist, anthropology class is just one big fan moment.
I've learned that environmental issues is the most boring class on the planet.
I've learned how to use the search engines at the library to find articles about topics I have no interest in.
I've learned that the new math professors really suck.
I've learned that Sam/Daniel shippers can be just as ridiculously fangirly as Jack/Sam shippers.
I've learned that the nervous system is frelling amazing, and I've learned that it literally boggles my mind to realize that a series of firing synapses and neurotransmitters results in conscious thought. It's mind-boggling. It's amazing. Science makes my head hurt, and it just... amazes me. That is all.
I've learned that if a Pagan, a Muslim, and a Christian walk into a classroom and read Genesis 1, you should RUN, not walk, to the nearest fire extinguisher.
I've learned that I will survive.
I've learned that it's not going to be easy.
