Sorry to hear about your car....I'll be praying. I hope everything goes well.
You know, I have never seen A Christmas Story. I mean, I've seen a few minutes of it over the years, but never that much of it, much less the whole movie. Weird, that. :-)
Eh, it was an easy fix. The radiator hose blew and got the ignition cap wet; all my dad had to do was dry everything off and seal up the leak with duct tape before getting a new hose. That car's 18 years old, so it's either in it's death throes or it's just having a mid-life crisis. Thanks for the prayers!
I'm sorry to hear abour your car troubles. It can be a real pain to deal with times when the car isn't working right. When they come, it is almost always like adding one more frustration on a pile of them. But you hang in there...the Lord will provide in one way or another. :-)
And "A Christmas Story" is one of my favorites, for sure. Although a thoroughly secular tale about Christmas, it is a great deal of fun to watch. You really feel for the kid throughout it and the narrator does a wonderful job adding to the story.
